East Shore Estates is located on Lake Tyler East, which is also connected to Lake Tyler West via a channel, thereby giving property owners access to two lakes.

East Shore Estates would welcome your membership in the Property Owners Association. Membership enables you to use the common facilities owned by ESEPOA. We have a pavilion and two boat ramps, two emergency helipads, and a fishing pier. All property owners benefit from the work of the Association. As an example, we had recent success in getting several streets repaved. Additionally, we actively support the Arp VFD and have successfully lobbied to lower our homeowners fire insurance rating.

We encourage all property owners to join. Dues are currently $75 per year. The fiscal year begins the fourth Sunday of April, which is also when our Annual Meeting is held (at the pavilion). Please come and meet your neighbors and see what we are all about. If you should need any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact any member of the Board.

Please note: All owners are required to abide by all deed restrictions, even if they choose not to become members of ESEPOA.
